Our Community

We’re happy to say that the local team in our office can be summarized by the words honesty, integrity and caring. Many assume that a mortgage company is filled with people who push numbers around and take the same attitude toward their clients – not so here. We consider everyone who comes to us part of our ‘Fairway Family.’ That includes those who we might not be able to help immediately, but with a mortgage plan of action, will be able to help down the road.

It’s important to each of our team to be stewards in our community. Our ongoing community outreach efforts include:

• Monthly educational classes for local Realtors.
• Cleaning up the neighborhood on our adopted stretch of Highway 30.
• Yearly contributions and supply-raising for The Milagro House in Lancaster, PA (www.milagrohouse.org).
• Fairway is a proud supporter of the American Warrior Initiative, dedicated to educating, inspiring, and giving back to our military families and Veterans. Fairway honors this organization by paying all of its expenses.
• Many of our team also give personal donations to Fairway’s Mortgage-Free Home Program in each paycheck
• Our local Branch is the primary sponsor for the Veteran's Breakfast Club of Lancaster, which meets monthly for their breakfast meetings. We are honored to support our local Veteran's, regularly.
